The Violets Are Blue Valentines Run is a low key, but popular, 7 hour event organised by Phoenix Running. It offers runners
the chance to run a half marathon, 10k, 5k or marathon. Finishers will receive a blue 'love spoon' medal.

Based at at Southwater Park, in Horsham, West Sussex, runners follow a multi-lap (5k / 3.28 miles), out and back, flat off road,
compact trail course along the Downs link.
