The Thaxted Trail Half Marathon is a 'narative' run, i.e. no map, no marshals, no marker, just you,
a sheet of directions and the beautiful countryside. As well as the running, this race is becoming known for the
excellent post-race cake options.
Thaxted Trail Half Marathon Route
The race is based at Thaxted Church Hall, Margaret Street, Thaxted. From there, participants run a 90% off-road
half marathon on footpaths, bridleways and byways.
