The Scare Bear Run - Wales is a 7 hour time challenge event. Inspired by the 80s cartoon The Care Bears, it is described by organisers as "our spooky Halloween event".
Runners have 7 hours to run their choice of either a half marathon, marathon or ultra.
Scare Bear Run - Wales Route
Runners follow a multi-terrain course around the beautiful Dare Valley Country Park.
The majority of the route is on well maintained footpaths.
