The Rivington Trail Half Marathon is organised by Chorley Women FC. It is a challenging and scenic race
through the Rivington countryside.
Rivington Trail Half Marathon Route
The race follows undulating-to-hilly one-lap course through the Rivington countryside.
Starting at the Rivington & Blackrod School the route takes runners up to Rivington Pike, back down and through
Rivington Barn, along the Angelzark Reservoir and alongside Angelzark Moor.
