The Pumsaint Trail Half Marathon is organised by, Sarn Helen, a group of runners and cyclists of all ages and abilities.
There is also a 6.5K race and kids race.
Pumsaint Trail Half Marathon Route
Based in the beautiful Cothi valley, runners start from the Pumsaint Village Hall, following a hilly 13 mile trail route.
