The Needles Half Marathon is considered one of the toughest and most scenic half marathons in the country. It is part of the Isle of Wight Festival of Running
which also includes the Tapnell 10K and Freshwater 5K.
Needles Half Marathon Route
Runners follow a one lap course around in what is considered one of the toughest and most scenic half marathon routes in the country.
Going over downs and heathland, past historic monuments and of course they will glimpse the most iconic landmark on the Isle of Wight - The Needles.
