a company organising guidance and training camps for runners.
Grand Union Canal Autumn Half Marathon Route
Runners follow a point-to-point course starting at the Cowley Recreation Ground, Uxbridge, continuing along the the Grand Union Canal
and finishing at Cassiobury Park in Watford. The multi-terrain course is described as flat, scenic and unusual.
