The Narberth Nobbler (Pembrokeshire Trail) Half Marathon is popular trail race in Canaston Woods. It is highly expected to quickly sell out. There is also a marathon option and a 10K.

Narberth Nobbler Half Marathon Route
The race starts and finishes in Narberth car park. Runners follow Carding Mill Lane for 2 miles before going off-road into Canaston woods. The course then follows trails through most of the forest, eventually returning to Carding Mill Lane for the final stretch to the finish line next to the car park.
