The Surrey Hills Challenge Half Marathon is one of the races of the Surrey Hills Challenge
which also includes the options of a 10K, 5K, marathon and ultramarathon.
Surrey Hills Challenge Half Marathon Route
Runners follow an off-road route on footpaths across the Surrey hills.
The race starts next to The Duke of Kent School, in Ewhurst, joining the Ultra route and
following the Greensand Way, which originates from the heart of Haslemere.
The course continues along trails that cuts across fields, up and down hills, through hamlets,
along ridgeways and woodlands, over, Holmbury Hill and Leith Hill before descending
towards the finish line in Dorking.
